GarretAugust 24, 2013I got my first Jeep here back in 2007. I've always avoided the service department because no matter what you're having done, it's at least a 2-hour wait. 7 years later, same thing. Never coming back!
KC JamesJanuary 12, 2012These jerks rip you off at the service dept. waited 2hrs just to be told that the warranty didnt cover repair when it did. Told us it was $400. Had to go to another place where they fixed it for free.
