the chicken is crunchy, juicy, and delicious. there’s a unique flavor to the batter (cumin or turmeric?) that i might not love on its own, but offsets the sweetness of the waffles & sauces perfectly.

The sweet potato waffle with the chicken cutlet was amazing! so juicy! The teenagers couldn't finish their full meals, which is saying something! (4 chicken legs, a waffle, and a side!)
