Good machines, friendly staff and not too crowded even during prime hours. No complaints!

Taught by a higher caliber of instruction and filling the classes with a membership of envy.
- The cardio machines upstairs are in better condition and less crowded.
Out of all the crunch fitness in the bay, this is my favorite one to go to.
Get to the classes that use the Bosu balls early or you might get one that's too full- Take a Zumba class with Carmen. She is great and makes the class fun!
Hold your breathe upstairs....it sometimes smells like feet...
