This is a great gym, but remember to be courteous and respectful to fellow gym-goers...leave your perfumes, body sprays, and colognes at home. No one likes suffocating while working out.

The best time to go is anytime before and after 6:00pm-7:30pm during weekdays. But watch out they close at 7pm on weekends.

Incredibly clean at all times. & the equipment is nice & new. Go in the am for less crowds :)

The manager smirked and was ultra condescending when I made a simple request. So glad I cancelled.... running outdoors is free, FYI. Too bad... I loved Crunch in NYC :(
