Go as early (before noon) or as late (after 10 p.m.) as you can so you don't have to deal with a crowd in the free weight area or by the machines.
Best times to go is between 10am and 2 pm or after 9pm. Always get the machines you want!
Super busy in the morning and after dinner time. Love going late at night.

Definitely check out the classes: Zumba, yoga and ab blast are the best.
Love this place but they need a sauna in the female locker room.- Shakes are over priced. Get your money's worth and make them at home.
new and clean! hopefully they can maintain how nice is it as time goes on ...
