- Deoderant is never a requirement at the gym its a CONSIDERATION. With that being said... Let's be courteous now people.
- Easy parking, large facility... Great option if you have a car and life in the southern neighborhoods of SF
- Best time to go is 6am. Don't need to wait for a machine and you don't get distracted by people u know.
- Nice and empty at night, even in January. They're also on classpass. Win and win.
- If you don't get yo' sweat on in John L's spin class, I don't know what will. Arrive 30 mins early. His class fills up FAST!
- Cardio Tai Box, Jackie is the best!! awesome workout twice a week and she teaches other classes!
- Lots of well maintained equipment. It gets pretty crowded at times. Get there early.

- Nice gym, but trainers watch you like hawks trying to get you to sign up for training sessions. It can get annoying.
- This is a damn good place to find yo fitness. If you’re down to be flexible come after work and compete with the finest for a machine but I’ve never had any problems getting a good tune in.
- Be sure to get some training sessions with Lisa! She will whip you into shape in no time!
