Cross fit is a revolutionary strength & conditioning program created to test the fitness of all individuals while expanding the traditional definition of fitness. All workout of the day classes are 60 min from start to finish. They include a group warm up, stretching & mobility, lift instruction, skill development, & the wod. The classes are instructor led & the environment is peer-driven. This atmosphere provides an unparalleled experience, as our members benefit from our highly qualified & talented team, while the element of individual & group competition create & fuel an hour of power

Although cross fit is universally scalable it is not always "one size fits all. " Crossfit north atlanta is proud to be one of atlanta's only affiliates to offer class options for everybody. Following the baseline workout in your free intro one of our trainers will reccomend the appropriate starting level for you

Level 1 classes are designed for those that have a solid conditioning foundation but are new to crossfit. It is pretty simple… learn as you go. Test-out when you and/or your trainers believe you are ready for more advanced level 2 classes

Level 2 classes are our main wod for intermediate & advanced members. Workouts include & combine running, rowing, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, & plyometrics, while also moving loads over short & long distances, for repetition or time

This is a class that is 100% crossfit & 100% for women. It is designed for the busy lady and/or “mother on the go.” the format & programming is the same as our level 1 / level 2 classes. A free intro appointment is definitely required prior to starting these classes

Cfna strength is a supplementary strength development program designed to work w/ our core crossfit general physical preparedness (gpp) training, or as a standalone strength training regimen for non-members*. We have developed a program curriculum composed of specialized series to serve as the roadmap to advanced strength development & training

Cross fit kids is a unique fitness program designed for kids of all ages & fitness levels. Providing a healthy lifestyle for our children now is essential for their well-being later. Whether your child plays athletics or not, it is imperative they learn the proper way to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, & jump both effectively & safely. Contact dani for more details

This is an invitation only program created the for the athlete interested in competing in crossfit hq open, regionals, & crossfit games. This is a 6 month commitment that includes membership, access, & custom programming. Currently the group is closed until august 1, & will restart again in december 2012

1 on 1 personal training has been provided for cfna members who need or desire a training experience that has both the benefits of custom programming w/ the comfort & direction of a coach. Personal training gives the coach the most intimate opportunity to assess & address the needs of the individual, furthering an even more unique training formula. Custom programming is a fitness program tailored towards a specific individual’s needs, wants, goals, & abilities. Regardless of the purpose: lifestyle, fitness, or both, the product deviates from cfna’s successful class structure, & allows personal strengths & limitations to be considered. 2nd year of consecutive membership = 5% off all packages

3rd year of consecutive membership = 10% off all packages

4th year of consecutive membership = 15% off all packages & so on at 5% savings

4 month package: 2.5% off when paid in full

8 month package: 5% off when paid in full

16 month package: 10% off when paid in full
