Great cycle studio! Each instructor has a different style and always keep each class fresh, challenging and exciting, love it!- Great little spin studio. Cannot go wrong w any of the instructors. Really enjoy Julia's (weights incorporated) class the most!
Julia is terrific! Great music, amazing motivator, tons of fun. She has students in & out of the seat, use arm weights at the end, etc
Convenient studio with great classes, just wish the weekend classes were available on ClassPass
Dana PadillaJuly 3, 2011Great class. You were their shoes and clip in. Come a few minute early to practice. They have cute little lockers with keys to leave your stuff in.- Great cardio class, goes by so fast! Each of the instructors has a different style so you are never bored!
