Test the iron on the sheets first! Mine was rusty and ruined my shirt! All they offered was a new iron and quarters to wash it on the 5th floor! Rust doesn't come out, besides who has time for that?

Eat before 9pm. There is no room service, and good luck finding a place that is open or delivers.

Wifi didn't work. Terrible front desk desk staff. Did not offer help for Rewards program or to fix the phone in our room even after we complained several times. Rooms were clean though uncomfortable.
