Culture of "yes" in all areas of service. Not charging for bottled water, free wifi, great location, daily wine party, excellent beds, great staff, why would you NOT stay here?
Nicely decorated. Good service. Trendybar & club on premises. Tiniest room I've stayed in in a while. Shower head delivers a laser beam spot of water. Fire alarm went off at 2am.

Washrooms are on the small side depending on room and don't have counter space. If you use a lot of products to get ready in the AM, then you must ask for a room with a larger bathroom.
We came to check in two nights ago and the civil defense was at the hotel trying to clear the elevator siren. Everyone was freaked out then i cancelled and rent at sheraton next door
Small rooms, sketchyelevators, no in-room coffee pots and half of the cable channels don't come in but they have free wine every day so you forget that everything else sucks.
