I had the Beet Cured Salmon Carpaccio from the sushi menu and can see why it won an award at New Orleans Sushi Fest. Never had anything like it before at a sushi bar and will be returning again.

Build-Your-Own Burgers is where it is at! Add a Fried Egg, Peanut Butter, Crack Bacon, Fried Got Cheese, or whatever your heart desires. It's good!

This is not your mothers meatloaf and it is really good. So good they sell out some days. Can't get enough and I had to share.
