Front desk service seemed distracted and unwelcoming. Parking is 3 blocks away from actual hotel in another garage. In a great district for food/drink and plenty to walk around and see nearby.

Loved the room! Huge and very clean. Location downtown and connecting restaurant very convenient. Only downside- no pool. But definitely recommend staying!

Beautiful room, great breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff who shoved our problem of a missing electric cord for the TV promptly. Highly Recommended.

Good Breakfast, friendly staff, near by shopping. Only down side is that you could get a room by the rail system with all the noise as it passes by.

Bad comment: Almost got kicked out for noise complaints that weren't ours. Room was solo by the vending machines...I had to go personally and complain on security to be left alone! No apologies given

The staff is TOTALLY incompetent. Someone just told the front desk they thought their room was broken into, and the girl replied "whoa that's freaky."
