The newest renovation of the Clark-LeClair stadium took place in 2004. The stadium was named after Keith LeClair, former Pirates' head baseball coach, who guided ECU from 1997 to 2002, as well as William H. Clark, a long-time supporter of East Carolina Athletics and the Pirate Club.
