The warranty on "accessories" is only 6 months. Accessories = all the cheap stuff they put in that comes standard in other countries where the cars are half the price.
Romeo Almoite JrSeptember 30, 2014Its been almost 4 months now since I bought my Montero Sports and up to now I have not received my LTO CR and OR. I regret buying my SUV at Citimotors Alabang. More promise no action. Buyers beware- I'm the mayor because I always have to come back. They don't usually get it right the first time.
For car service payments, they accept certain cards for 3 months installment (I use HSBC)

They tend to waste your time. Better na magfollow up every 10 minutes. Otherwise, nalimutan kana wala ka na pala inaantay!

Can't believe the wait just to talk to a service advisor is 2 hours. Too many people, not enough service advisors. Such a waste of time.
Jhun AlcalaMay 29, 2014Very happy with the service - not much waiting time. However, I paid P850 for a complete wash pero parang di ganun kalinis kotse ko. The SA even needed to wipe the roof.
