I love coming here I don’t feel out of place and the staff is super nice! Make sure you get the protein shake they rock after a workout
Love this gym! I never feel judged, everyone is here to work out and not to sit on machines and text. Plus it's great getting to bring a friend every time.

Why is it th done of the slogan of this gym is "less attitude more fitness" but some particular demographic, witch happens to be some of the less gifted, are the ones with the huge attitude ?whats up- Wipe the damn equipment, read the signs, do be a pig, I don't want someone's sweat mine is enough ! Really !! Just saying
Go after 8pm if you want more equipment to be free, as it's packed between 6-7pm or so
Clean equipment, always machines available and friendly staff
While doing cardio, look for a machine underneath one of their huge fans. It feels amazing!

Yikes watch out for Monday nights at 5!! Crazy busy. Still had a treadmill open tho!
New extended hours in 2012. Open until 11 Monday through Thursday.

- Membership is only $10/month. Always has available machines
Make sure you try the massage beds! Feels great after a good workout.
