The staff - including the office people & vet techs - are all very kind, calm, & understanding, especially in emergency situations. Had a scare w/ my ferret over summer & they all were very helpful.
They have the best mini tacos. Service is always good. Watch out if you go downstairs, though. Saw a lot of people trip on the last couple of steps going down.
I was sad to see the baked potato pizza go, but the tater tot one is good. For pick-ups the store is always clean & delivery usually arrives before the expected time. The drivers are always very kind.
The scrambled eggs & french toast are very good. I love that I can get a free flavor shot in my soda! The free wifi came in handy for late-night schoolwork. Servers are patient & respectful all day.
I was there yesterday. The scrambled eggs were just OK, but the French Toast and the new mac 'n' cheese bites were very good. The restaurant wasn't very busy for 1 PM, and the service was excellent.
