We ate here for the first time tonight and it was amazing. our waitress was really nice, the food portions were enormous, and the food itself was amazingg. Def going back to try brunch !!

Excellent Southern comfort food. The waitstaff is wonderful. Can get a bit crowded but worth the wait. Would be great to have actual menus to read at the table, though.

I had several friends tell me about this place. After seeing their photos and stories I had to be the judge of that. First visit and all I can say is amazing.

Definitely make reservations, as seating is limited and it's always packed. There wasn't anything we ordered that wasn't top notch delicious! The menu is written on the walls - not my favorite part.

I'm impressed. Great ambience and a full house. Mac N Cheese is awesome! Local Norfolk beers on tap, and slightly cheaper than Public House.

The corn meal fried oysters are the perfect amount of crunch and no grease. The mac and cheese is creamy and full of favor, not a reheated glop like other places.

Fried catfish was great. Fried goat cheese appetizer was exceptional. Overall awesome food!

Sweet potato mash is delicious, perfect side. Very solid and reasonable bourbon selection.

Nice place, but there is very slow service. Waited about 30 minutes for our food.
