- Vaishali PatelFebruary 18, 2014Great Japanese:Peruvian fusion! The Nikkei sashimi and sea bass ceviche is a must! The aubergine miso with apricot and puffed soba was surprisingly delicious! So yummy, there was no room for dessert.
- Diane DerrienOctober 28, 2017An incredible dining experience ! Every dish was spot on, very original and full on unexpected flavours perfectly balanced. Flames at the table sushi was a highlife, as was the chocolate crepe
- Justine RJune 23, 2016Incredible food!! Best fusion restaurant I've been to in London so far. To save money, go early for a pre-theatre menu. Only 25£ pp and includes 3 (big!) courses and a glass of cava. 😋🍾 Enjoy!!
- Silene LimMay 11, 2017We had the bento box for brunch. Everything was delicious, except the chicken and rice. Ambience is trendy (a bit much) but reminds me of sushi samba in NYC when it first opened in the early 2000.
- Guido CSeptember 5, 2021Best Peruvian fusion in London. Fantastic food, music and cocktails. Stay away from the sushi and focus on the Peruvian side. Pisco peach is a must! Caution: music can be too loud if you are over 40
- Phoebe FlockhartJanuary 31, 2019Get the soft-shell crab maki rolls, flavour out of this world. Delish sashimi as well with a variety of dips; I’d recommend pairing the tuna with the truffle sauce.
- Paul GernayNovember 3, 2018Nice quiet place with interesting fusion Japanese/Peruvian menu. Would definitely recommend for a good chatty dinner with great drinks and ceviche style food.
- İlayda CakarMarch 25, 2019Amongst sautée section, hake and truffle is to die for! Sushi close to Japanese standards and cocktails are also super strong! (Hint: Lychee picante 💜) Top.
- All time favourite in london. For appetisers go for the tuna tacos, nikkei sashimi, tostadita and sato maki. For mains always go with the lomo al parrila(beef fillet) or the chicken miso.
- Magda IwaniecMarch 10, 2016Pricey but totally worth it! Salmon picante roll, gambas salvajes, nasu miso, tentaculos de pulpo were all amazing. Rather than 4-5 dishes per person, take around 4-6 between the two to be full :)
- Emily-janeJuly 27, 2017Japanese/peruvian fusion in soho - small plate sharing concept - slightly OTT decor and loud music but the food and cocktails are delicious gyoza, pork belly, short rib and sushi rolls are a must try!
- Levent AkgermanMarch 2, 2017Great vibe. Citrus sake is interesting. Nigiri platters (aburi as well), hamachi with yuzu, lobster tempura, passion fruit brulee...the service is impeccable.
- Mada 🐎🎾 🏊🏻♀️☕️January 17, 2023Amazing Nikkei cuisine in a lively atmosphere. Tried the Chef Experience, which is a set menu where the chef comes out with every course to explain the dish. Really great experience
- Nikita KaJanuary 6, 2016Fun vibe to go and grab a a drink at the bar. Very mixed crowd and amazing graffiti artwork. Perfect for pisco sours, the food is not amazing for ceviche go best to Ceviche down the street!
- Lizzie PMarch 30, 2016Tokyo style bar / restaurant with a mixed crowd and great vibe in the heart of Soho. Check out the graffiti artwork downstairs
- Dorcas ChanSeptember 18, 2017Very good fusion food and stylish restaurant. Pre theatre meal is very good value, for £25, there is champagne, Miso soup, 6 different things for the main and 4 different petit desserts.
- CatDecember 20, 2013Must try the miso eggplant with dried apricot and puff buckwheat and also the corn fritters. You can get lucky to get a seat at the bar if there is two or less people. Even if it is fully booked.
- Ankit ChhajerFebruary 11, 2017Took my team the £25 bento box is probably the best value for money. Good vegetarian options. Love the cocktails. A must try cool/fusion place.
- Ardeshir PatelMay 13, 2015Been to this place many times for drinks. The japajito is one of my favourite cocktails. The food here is really good mixing peruvian and Japanese flavours in the most amazing ways. Have the beef.

- Samar Al Ma'awaliDecember 11, 2016Cassava and sweet potato chips, soft shell crab, Chilean sea bass, tuna ceviche, beef tataki and the grilled squid are all a must try !
- Sharon LamDecember 1, 2018Great atmosphere and service. Really liked their dumplings and the sauce that came with it. Cocktails were good too!
- Sharon LamDecember 1, 2018Great atmosphere and service. Tried their sharing course, as expected some dishes were innovative and delicious, the others was rather basic or sauces was too overpowering. But enjoyable experience
- Verginia DuranMay 25, 2018Very expensive, but the food quality is great! Beautiful plates and very gourmet! Try a Pisco Sour drink!
- DanDecember 16, 2018A hollow experience, the place is designed to look good, ultimately the food (veg sharing menu) is lazy and the service is insincere, you are paying for the postcode, not genuine care
- Lamy ChoiMarch 10, 2018Omg it's delicious!! The perfect fusion of 2 cuisines!! The martini with yuzu is highly recommended!
- Jason QuarisaJanuary 20, 2018Highly recommend. Great service and cool vibe. Miso chicken and sushi rolls were standout. sushi rolls were fresh and 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
- OnwahNovember 24, 2013The tasting menu is excellent, packed with flavour. Dishes are brought out one at a time over the span of 2-2.5 hours so be prepared for the time investment!
- Stuart MurdochApril 7, 2015They have a pre-theatre menu, a bento box with some of the signature dishes like ceviche and maki
- LamiaJuly 23, 2017Spring rolls are average. Try California roll and quinoa salad( best quinoa i've tried)
- Enzo MartinelliApril 22, 2018Lovey combination of Japanese and Latin cuisine. A guaranteed success with a group of friends.
- Jawharah💎December 11, 2019Good. Prawn tempura, california maki, ebi furi maki are recommended. The beef steak with pomegranate sauce is below average. Prawn spring rolls is regular.
- Heena KaraniFebruary 22, 2015Great cocktails & loved the veggie sushi & the veg tostadas. Wasn't a big fan of the aubergine miso or the corn dishes. The service was really slow.
- Johannes DriessenAugust 30, 2015Stunning Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant. Extremely cool, great atmosphere and food to die for. Do it. Eat it all.
- Lexi ZhaoMay 10, 2015creative food but highly-priced and the portions are too tiny! But I think it's a good place for some dessert and cocktails!
- IpekFebruary 11, 2018Definitely try the anticucheria dishes, particularly the octopus and the corazon! The sushi and cocktails are good too
- Cherie KohSeptember 3, 2014Worth visiting for the Peruvian meat/seafood dishes, but 'traditional' Japanese dishes are on the pricier side
