- They have improved their chili so much. Less watery, more meat, and spicy rather than the bland garbage they used to serve.
- Sawgrass Chilis does not honor coupons for to-go orders. Bad business practice.
- Terrible food. Be sure and ask for Barbara and sit in her section for Great service
