Normally we love Chilies! Tonight however completely sucked! No other way to put it! We were ignored by our waitress Nicole! Who spent a lot of time outback or counting her tips/checks at the register

Not sure what ppl are talking about. Sodas, teas, coffees, and lemonades are ALWAYS free refills. The root beer and other alcoholic beverages are not however, and that is a shame :)

Todd doesn't work at Chili's any more. Kel-Bel, who has been there forever is the best you can get for a bar tender. So is Jay. They can't be beat!
