- Amazing friendly service every time. Matt Lawson Megan and the rest of the staff are excellent!! Favorite Chili's by far. I will happily make the drive from Mt Juliet to come here :)
By far my favorite Chili's to go to. Service is great, drink specials are awesome, and Megan is a great Manager! Make sure you sit in the bar so Matt can be your server! He's the greatest!

5 months later, still horrible service! 5 tables down, 15 min to get bar drinks. Bartender was out smoking! Seriously! Matt & Brody are by far the best team at this place!
If you haven't had the cookie skillet dessert you haven't lived...- The best Chili's around! They know about customer satisfaction!
- Apparently you can only get the chips or dessert if you are eligible. You can't get both. You'll have to pay for one or the other. At least, that's what my server said.
Arneda SimsJune 21, 2013They usually are pretty good with my food, but when they messed up my to-go order all they did was apologize! The manager didn't even do that or offer to comp my meal. No tip left!!!

ChrisJuly 4, 2013Thank god a gift card is paying for this. The soup had a bucket of salt in it, and the chicken and guacamole sandwich was both dried out and horribly adorned with only a single pepper. Avoid.
Staff is much friendlier at nighttime rather than at lunchtime.
- Horrible service isn't the word for it...if it wasn't for the cheap beer I wouldn't come here!!!
