So poor in efficiency. Using 4-5 people checking on same things at 4-5 checking station. If they eliminate these duplicated check pts, immigration and security check up speed would b surely increased.

The Clipper Lounge is terrible. They never have any seats. You may as well go to the food court.

Avoid the Taj Clipper business lounge like the plague. No wifi, no shower, no beer. Probably the worst I've been to anywhere in the world.
