New England clam chowder from the lobster palace is SO good. Also get some bread from Amys and try a brownie from fatwitch. Can't go wrong at Chelsea market!
Amy's Bread has the all-time best tuna melt. But get there early because it's the one sandwich that sells out every day!

Lots of good food and shopping. Be sure to use the bathroom before you get there though, the lines are always long.
If you want to sit and eat lunch go super early as seating is very limited. L'arte del gelato makes fantastic pistachio gelato.
1) Get a latte from 9th street coffee, probably best in NYC2) Pick up some prosciutto and burrata from Buon Italia, definitely the freshest of each in NYC

InkasOctober 5, 2013Great place to get prepared escargot that are ready to pop in the oven. Buttery, garlicky, savory, Mmmmm.
Love this place. It's just very crowded and not many places to sit after getting food unless you eat at a sit down restaurant.
