Its a wonderful hospital. The departments ive been to were very good and the staff helpful. The wards a very pleasant as a visitor or as a patient. Ambulamce staff are very pleasant and helpful.

The emergency department was so efficient and professional. The best time is early in the morning on the weekend . Its free for visitors to London

The most efficient and cleanest hospital I've been in and very friendly staff. Who would have thought the NHS could be so fantastic?!

Free wifi in the lower ground floor. You can also enjoy a Costa coffee while you wait for your appointment!

You can't use the stairs even if you want to because they are locked shut. You need a staff pass. You have to wait ages for the lifts.

the emergency service is just a shit. more than 3 hours waiting for some doctor. the nurses really do not choose the priority patients. terrible experience! they dont care about people really need
