- PaigeApril 13, 2014If you're a beginner at Barre take it easy. I literally couldn't walk normal for 3 days (work out regularly). My legs were Charlie-Horsed. Beware. Instructor is truly a sweetie!
- Don't eat anything a few hours before Bikram yoga. And bring a towel, you'll sweat. A lot.
