Did you know... Memorial Tower stood alone from 1926 until 1952 and is approximately 140 feet tall. The North Wing was the first to be completed in 1952. The South Wing was finally finished in 1963.
Did you know... Over the course of the past hundred years, University Bookstore has operated in several locations, including Memorial Union, Brady Commons and, currently, in the new MU Student Center.
Did you know... Before the creation of the Student Center, a building called Brady Commons occupied this space for almost 50 years! The Student Center improves upon what was once here -- check it out!
Did you know... During the first 50 years of the University, a large lake was located on this Quad and was a popular place for boating in the summer and ice skating during the winter!
