Service has improved a lot - they currently have a guy called Rory f-o-h so is now pretty good and the food has always been excellent

The reviews here about service are true, it's bad. We were waiting half hour for a booked table, there were mistakes on the meal, brought mains while still eating starters etc. Shame as food's nice!

Disorganised and irritating staff who bug you fir everything. Food is great but don't sit by the aircon, it's freezing!

Pho is too sweet, noodles are too thick, but rice noodle rolls are great. Old St location is much more authentic.

Nothing like the original near old street, been glammed up for Soho crowd but the food is no longer authentic. Starters were good but mains such as pork belly were disappointing!

Awful experience - not only got food poisoning from the Vermicelli chicken soup, but also customer service did not provide any support and left me believe they were investigating the case.

Peak hours the service is really poor... I waited more than 10 min to come the bill and more 10 to come the card machine, when I asked to split the bill the manager wanted to charge me more.
