AjsianJuly 13, 2013Just bought a 2014 scion & when I went in to sign was told it was sold & went without tint & told it was extra to have em tinted it was my selling point having tinted windows but love the car.- AjsianJuly 14, 2013was told my new car would be in from another dealership to pick up this evening & I had to call to check on it to find out I have to wait till Monday & I came from out of town for it not happyonly.

I guess you have to ask for the complimentary car wash in the winter??- Appointment for oil change and diagnose popping sound in my door at 1:00. Arrive 15 minutes early, been sitting here an hour now and my car has not yet made it back to begin work. Ridiculous!
Don't come here for an oil change unless you want to wait 2+ hours. Drive to Lander's in Little Rock instead.
Not sure what the point of an appointment is, been here 1 hour and counting. Just for an oil change :-(
