- AjsianJuly 13, 2013Just bought a 2014 scion & when I went in to sign was told it was sold & went without tint & told it was extra to have em tinted it was my selling point having tinted windows but love the car.
- AjsianJuly 14, 2013was told my new car would be in from another dealership to pick up this evening & I had to call to check on it to find out I have to wait till Monday & I came from out of town for it not happyonly.

- I guess you have to ask for the complimentary car wash in the winter??
- Appointment for oil change and diagnose popping sound in my door at 1:00. Arrive 15 minutes early, been sitting here an hour now and my car has not yet made it back to begin work. Ridiculous!
- Don't come here for an oil change unless you want to wait 2+ hours. Drive to Lander's in Little Rock instead.
- Not sure what the point of an appointment is, been here 1 hour and counting. Just for an oil change :-(
