All of our tarts are made with homemade sugar dough which is both sweet in flavor and soft in consistency. Flavors include Fresh Fruit, Baked Apple, Key Lime, Lemon Meringue, and Chocolate Ganache.

All of our moist buttercream cakes have two layers and are made with our velvety homemade buttercream frosting. Available flavors include Chocolate, Vanilla, Marble, Lemon, and Red Velvet.

A specialty line of cakes lightly soaked with fragrant extracts or liquerurs to ehance flavors. Selections available include Spice, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Opera Cake, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Raspberry Mousse, Chocolate Eggless or our New York-style Cheesecake.
