Café Lotus Bleu

At café lotus bleu, our menu is inspired by our passion for travel and spices. He is a vegetarian cooking fresh, alternative, made with quality ingredients, non-gmo (genetically modified organisms), no MSG (monosodium glutamate). We give priority to organic food and fair. We try wherever possible to source locally. We offer soups, sandwiches, salads, specials (quiches, turnovers, etc..), falafel patties, muffins, desserts of the day, homemade ice cream in the summer and various fruit juices ( mango, blueberries...). We are also known for our teas (50 types! ) Field. Our espresso bar is also our reputation lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, mocaccino... and other small surprises house! That accompanies our dishes or uses also only consists of lettuce, carrots, beets, kale, red cabbage and alfalfa germinated. The sauce is homemade dressing from olive oil.
