The service is despicable. Someone threw up next to our table, the manager offered to take the meals off our hill and 5 minutes later claimed she had no idea what happened
Waiter was lovely. Manager informed us that we could only split the bill between 2 credit cards! No sign posted about this rule, and our party wasn't alerted beforehand. A bit rude.
They refused to accept an expired groupon until after 6pm. I called groupon; they said there is no restriction. I offered to let the restaurant speak to Groupon, but they just got nasty. How terrible.
Terrible service for brunch. Took them 30+ min to bring out my mediocre grilled shrimp salad. I would rather go to the Cardinal just a couple blocks away.
DRINKS - Bottomless brunch had a good selection, mimosa, margheritta, bloody mary and etc, but glasses are not clean, just refilled, the glasses that you drink and the bottles
AMBIANCE - Super tinny, super packed, LOUD, very lound, music was terrible (very loudEDM - isnt this a cuban restaurant?) and tables are all shared between random people
SERVICE - I understand it was brunch, busy saturday, but still we waited 45 minutes when the hostess said would be 5, and did not even came back to check on us.
