    Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. Gave us an upgrade in a nice room with balcony overlooking scenic Istanbul. Tram line is 10 minutes walk. Nice breakfast

    Clean room, if you need a teapot in room, ask reception, free wifi, no business center, difficult to print documents, keep map with you when go out, many taxi drivers don't know location of this hotel

    Nice hotel, good staffs, decent room size, nice bathroom with small design issue, a bit far from tram/bus and tourist attraction, not to crowded & busy. No tea maker, no commplimentary water

    Try the foam massage; it's really relaxing. If you need to unwind, there's a bar here offering live music.
