"everything! it's a very cheap entry fee to have access to nice bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, food courts, all in one place. the beach itself is not crowded and is clean"

"A much quieter beach than Seaside Heights. Still have to pay for parking and beach access during the day. Has ramps to the beach and on the sand for handicapped and makes pulling beach carts easier."
