Looking for gate 20? Walk past gates 18, 19, 21 and 23. It's on the left side, next to 22. Numbers are hard, I guess.

Don't expect any of the workers at the restaurant's to be pleasant. I fly all the time for work and I am still waiting for a happy employee here.

This might be the only airport in the world without a Starbucks. Not even a Caribou. If you are desperate, there is a Coffee Beanery just inside security.

If you're interested in visiting Toronto, it's more economical to fly here instead. The flights are half the price and it's just over an hour drive.

Just because its buffalo doesn't mean you don't sometimes need to get here a bit early to go through security. Your lack of planning is not my emergency.
