Salmon Citrus Poke Tacos

Who doesn't love poke and who doesn't love tacos? We combined the two for all our fresh fish lovers. With a crispy wonton taco shell, our salmon tacos come with avocado, jalepenos, shallots, and cucumbers, tossed in a Yuzu Soy sauce. Just too good to pass up.

Mushroom Toast

Sautéed wild mushrooms and roasted pork belly in our Mornay cheese sauce and drizzled with parsley oil. Served with slices of toasted French baguette
