Brew Gentlemen

5.6% ABV, 2-row barley, American red wheat, northern brewer, liberty, mt. Hood A rather non-traditional wheat beer that combines the smoothness of American red wheat w/ a blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, & black pepper. People are always telling us that White Sky makes for a great winter beer. Other folks say it’s a great summer beer. So we just tell everyone that they’re correct & refer to it as our year-round seasonal.
