I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's expecting any quality food and compared to the price. I'd rather be at dawn cafe. The only positive factor of breakwater is the location.

Beautiful and peaceful place.. wifi sucks. Service extremely slow. Waiters are v unfriendly.. i wud only recommend this place for drinks... drinks are cool... bt way too expensive..
