Honey Cracked Wheat

The classic sandwich loaf, whole wheat & unbleached flours, w/ a hint of honey.

German Seeded Rye

A medium dark rye, filled w/ toasted flax, sesame, pumpkin, & poppy seeds, & hand formed in a long deli-style loaf.

Bracken Harvest Brown

Our own multi-grain bread, made w/ cracked rye, yellow corn grits, oats, & wheat germ, & sweetened w/ brown sugar & molasses.

Blue Ridge Sourdough

A natural yeast white sourdough in a sandwich loaf.

Sunflower Oat

A moist white loaf loaded w/ oats & sunflower seeds, sweetened w/ a touch of honey.

Country French

A rustic sourdough round made w/ unbleached, whole wheat & rye flours.

Classic Baguette

The french bread. A crusty flute of unbleached flour, yeast, salt, & water. Comes in full & half size.
