Great place to have a quick lunch. The Po' Boys are excellent. The dishes are well prepared and freshly made. Friendly staff. Good vibe. Don't forget to finish it off with a Bloody Mary Oyster shot.
The fried green tomatoes with shrimp were tasty. The boudin balls were heavy on the rice, but pretty authentic. My frozen daiquiri brought me home. (I grew up Cajun. I give this place a thumbs up.)

You have to get the alligator. If I see it on a menu, I always order it. It is very appetizing. The service here is nice. The atmosphere is great for a dinner with a small group of friends.
Great food and service. Try broiled oysters (without breadcrumbs), the crab cakes, and the boiled peanuts! Tell them if you have a theater time and they will turn out delicious food in plenty time.
Awesome collecton of beers on tap (wine too) fried alligator is pretty good - if u r willing to try them♡ must try crispy boudin balls & duck n sausage jambalaya!!
Really exquisite! So flavorful and appetizing. Though I only tried a couple selections (highly recommend the duck and sausage jumbalaya) I have no doubt that everything on the menu is delish!

Everything we ordered was delicious, and while fried alligator is one for the bucket list, I still haven't stopped thinking about the baked oysters! Best I've ever had!
The cocktail program has always been top notch? As a reformed over-indulger in Hurricanes in New Orleans, having one made from scratch made me want to rethink my stance on the issue.
Nice setting and attentive staff. I had the brown rice #jambalaya and #duck confiet. They did a descent job with the jambalaya but the duck had obviously been sitting a while. Meh!
You wanna know where the oysters shine? In the fried Pacific oyster salad, that’s where. They were cooked beautifully, sporting a burnished color but not too much coating, and plump and juicy within Read more
Tasty food and beautiful space but nothing exceptional. I enjoyed the Oyster shooters. Alligator was very heavily breaded and hard to taste. Maybe Cajun food doesn't travel super well.

The food was delicious. We had the confit of pork belly, fried gator and corn bread. Waitress didn't come till 15 minutes after we sat down, appetizer came after the main course, no checkin, no smiles
Jambalaya for sure. Charbroiled oysters were good Would pass on the hush puppies though...a little bland for my taste. Complimentary pimento cheese and light crackers are delish!
The deep fried alligator was delicious. The gumbo: the intro tastes great but th after taste is plain old stew flavor. NO GOOD! The crab stuffed flounder melts in your mouth!

Name was inspired by the original use of the location: the former 19th-century Standard Shirts Factory. Great place to eat after a show- last food order at 1AM.
+'s good shrimp po boy, good beers on tap. -'s wouldn't seat the 3 of us at a table when there were half a dozen tables around, waited 45 min for our entrees that were a 4 at most coming a N.O. native
Decent brunch and food till midnightish. I like it, but the few times I've gone, I keep wishing it was just a bit better or more inspired food-wise. Kinda uneven.
