Total body sculpt at 5:30 on mon and Thursday. Best class ever

Awesome facility, just wish they had a steam room and/or sauna
Check out the art floor on 2A in the summers. The children have the place energized.
- No real squat rack makes it a bummer. Slippery floor makes it impossible to do real floor exercise.
If you know your Ass is out of wack GET THEE TO THE GYM and workonit!!!
