Sales guys might try to nickel and dime you when negotiating (e.g. the security etching, locking wheel nuts when you already bought the security package). the service guys seem to be genuine

Worst dealership... i paid the money but still did not get plates after a month. They took 1000$ for title and related fees. when i called them for status the title clerk is needlessly rude.
