Opened in 1968, it is the longest active major sporting facility in the Metropolitan area & is the 4th incarnation of the arena in the city. The Garden hosts approximately 320 events a year.
Home to some of New York's most famous concerts. Diana Ross literally singing in the rain, Simon & Garfunkel, Garth Brooks and Dave Matthews Band have all played Central Park.
From inside the park, you can get a great angle on the surrounding buildings for a Panoramic Stitch. Outside the park on the west side, looking south, is a fantastic shot of the Flatiron Building.
