Every time I go in here I feel like Im getting ripped off. Why can't they just have reasonable BMW prices? I know it's a BMW & expensive but I've got to question everything they charge. No 5s for you.

Monica MullerDecember 14, 2015They sold me an extended warranty for $2600, then charged me an additional $70 that should have been included in the warranty. They don't do refunds so they gave a crap detail that looked untouched!!

Greg is service is rude & nasty...overall good service...my service advisors were Brittany & Brent both were good.
