The cocktails created below are the hard work and inspiration of the Culinary Concepts' Bar Team featuring Kendra Rizzi, Peggy Feldon and, The Saloon's very own, John Tucker. Although constantly changing, these drinks represent innovation, creativity and talent from a group of dedicated individuals who truly care about what they do and how you feel, we hope you truly enjoy them!

Legend has that in Polynesian culture "Tiki" was the first man, he found the first woman "Marikoriko" by a lush clearing, in the pond, where she promptly seduced him and thus started the "Tiki" civilization. Today as a tribute to those wild and crazy kids, along with kudos to Don the beachcomber, Trader Vic's and recent rivals, here are our own concoctions paying tribute to the tropics and our man "Tiki"

Predating prohibition these old school cocktails are purported to have been invented by the original saloons on ships of the high seas! Served on the rocks in a double old fashioned

Originating from Mexico and inspired by a Ziegfeld Dancer now famous the world over! Our margaritas encompass a variety of tequilas and are served on the rocks in a double old fashion

With Havana origins, traditionally made with five ingredients (white rum, sugar cane, lime, soda and mint) muddled to perfection and served on the rocks in a 16oz. pint

Today's mules are generally made with vodka, gin, whiskey or bourbon, and always contain ginger beer and citrus. Our mules are served on ice, in a mason jar. However antique copper mugs are available for service with home purchase on request

This American icon, is rumored to have been named after the town of Martinez, California near San Francisco, back in the early 1800's. Martinis were originally made with almost equal parts gin and vermouth. Today's martinis today have come a long way from Martinez! Always shaken never stirred

There's plenty of debate about the proper spelling of "whisky" (otherwise known as "whiskey") but there is a real, concrete answer: It depends on where the spirit comes from. In short, the spelling "whiskey" is common in the United States and Ireland. The rest of the world, including Japan, Scotland and Canada, uses "whisky"

A new category setting the stage to rival the best whiskeys in the world! Made solely in the US, usually with 100% malted grain, aged a minimum of 2 years in a new charred oak barrel

With its roots almost as old as America itself Bourbon has separated itself from the rest, as the first of American whiskeys through a process of being aged in charred, new oak barrels and being made from at least 51% corn. It was through this process of originality and quality that has made bourbon famous the world over

The spicier and fruitier relative in the family tree of American whiskey and a bit drier in finish. This pre-prohibition favorite must contain at least 51% rye in its mash

Rivaling its Kentucky cousin, Tennessee whiskey must be made in Tennessee and use the "Lincoln county process", which regulates among other things 51% corn, aging in charred new oak barrels and maple charcoal filtering

Most Canadian whiskys are blended whiskys that are typically light and smoother than traditional whiskys. Rye is a principle grain as well as corn and must be aged a minimum of 3 years in wood

Similar to scotch, Japanese whisky is growing in reputation and prestige. Although still hard to obtain outside of Japan, the rising sun, is on the rise!

The word "whiskey" is actually derived from the Gaelic phrase "water of life." Irish whisky has a smoother finish than scotch (as peat is rarely used in the malting process) and before World Wars caused distribution issues it was actually the most popular spirit round the globe! Today we are down to just a few Irish producers, but Irish whiskey, just like the Irish, can't be held down for long and has started a great resurgence in recent years. Irish whiskey must be from Ireland itself and must be aged 3 years in wood

World famous for its quality, history and uniqueness and hailing from before the 1400's, scotch whiskys are divided into 5 classifications: single malt, single grain, blended malt, blended grain and blended whisky. All scotch whisky must be aged 3 years in oak barrels and must show an "age of aging" on the bottle

Made from a simple distillery in Scotland using a pot still, must be made entirely of malted barley and matured in oak for 3 years. Flavor, aroma and finish will define whisky from one single malt to the next and single malts are also categorized and differentiated by 6 various regions: Highland, Island, Speyside, Islay, Lowland and Campbeltown

The result of blending various types of scotch whiskys, sometimes with natural grain spirits and other ingredients. The goal is to create a more affordable, but still highly sought after scotch whisky

Far from its backwoods chase, today's moonshine, while still being a clear white spirit (moonshine is not aged in wood casks) and probably not made at night anymore (by moonlight!) still reflects the spirit of living on the wild side, perhaps just a step or two from the revenuers, yonder!

Produced from only the blue agave plant in the western Mexico state of Jalisco and worshiped the world over, tequila is classified into 5 categories

(white) tequila aged less than 2 months in steel or wood

(gold) blended tequila with flavoring added

(rested) aged up to a year in oak barrels

(aged) vintage, aged up to 3 years in small oak barrels

(ultra aged) tequila aged a minimum of 3 years in small oak barrels

Made from the heart of any type of native agave plant, with a distinctive smoky flavor, mezcal is the brooding, hard to understand, but hard to look away from spirit of the south

"Wodka" you can almost see the sexy double agent at the Casino Royal as the world conjures visions of high style and intrigue! Vodka can be made from grains, potatoes, pure sugar or fruits. Originating from Poland in possibly the 1300's, vodka "to burn" in Polish is sure to turn up the heat!

Vodka is the premium spirit for adding flavor, creativity and fun!

With early origins from the middle ages, gin has evolved from its herbal medicinal past through a traveling tale of history itself. Gin is generally a juniper and botanical infused spirit, guaranteed to lift yours!

Prohibition is over, and the race is on as small crafts products from California to New York put their own distinctive spin on this "clear" favorite!

If a spirit could talk to you, which spirit would have the greatest stories to be told? Many would say rum! With tales of the high seas, pirates and adventurers rum has traveled the world as few have. Made from sugarcane, rum can be mixed in cocktails, sipped slow straight, served on the rocks or blended

Once the forbidden maiden, portrayed as addictive and a hallucinogen, this anise flavored spirit, is made with a mysterious blend of flowers and botanicals, has been tamed! It's the green fairy, it's the goddess of green, today it is totally safe and totally fun!

Cognac is a brandy made from white grapes originally originating from the town of Cognac, France. Cognac can only be produced and shipped from Cognac and is considered the highest form of Brandy in the world

Technically a distilled spirit that has been flavored with fruit, herbs, spices, nuts or sugar. Invented by monks of the Middle Ages, but perfected throughout history, great with coffee or just by themselves!

Our brisket, pulled mixed meats (pork and brisket), St. Louis style ribs and chicken spend up to 5 hours a day cooking "low and slow". We never use frozen products and everything is drug and hormone free! We believe in "small batch" BBQ so quantities are limited!

There is simply nothing like the flavor of a fresh caught fish grilled over a hickory and apple wood fire. Our menu has been created to be light and fresh, try any of the fresh fish below, with perhaps a side of fresh broccoli or mango noodle salad! (see side choices) Served with tartar sauce and lemon
