Punctuality

We invite‏ you to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, a shower, or a steam. If you are late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the treatment time.

Therapist Request

Please feel free to request a male or female therapist. Our therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort & modesty at all times.

Attire

A robe, slippers, & locker will be provided upon your arrival. Note: for self-tanning treatment, you must wear dark clothes to avoid staining of your garments.

Communication

Please communicate any expectations or concerns to your assigned therapist before & during your treatment so that he or she can target your treatment to meet your expectations.

Cancellations

Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked, we'll expect you to be there. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number w/ which they were held.

Medical Alert

Please alert your reservationist & your therapist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using retin-a, accutane or any skincare medications or have had recent laser, plastic, or other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. We are unable to perform any body treatments if you are pregnant.

Personal Belongings

You will be provided w/ a robe & slippers to wear & a locker for your personal belongings. It is best that you do not wear or bring valuables to the spa & that you keep all jewelry & valuables w/ you at all times.
