- venessa tarbellNovember 17, 2011My favorite yoga studio. Affordable, peaceful, & good instructors. Lots of emphasis on the childbearing year: mom's groups, prenatal & postnatal yoga, etc. But plenty for everyone else too! Namaste!
Great variety of classes. Good instructors. I can't say enough good things about this studio!
Yoga 101 is a great way to get started doing Yoga. Nice way to learn how to do it well and do it correctly.
