Trumer Pils has a light golden appearance. A tight, creamy head boasts vigorous carbonation; evident because of the small, tight bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass. This sprightly appearance remains throughout the drinking experience and does not become flat after pouring. As with champagne, a Pilsner’s quality level is directly related to the tightness of its bubbles. The fine lacing left on the inside of the glass is also testament to the fine nature of this Pilsner.

Using a broad mix of chocolate and crystal malts, the Cavalier Brown delivers an initial burst of caramel sweetness, followed by a dry, crisp roasted note.The perfect mix of chocolate and toasty caramel flavours. With added complexity aromas from classic American hops add subtle citrus notes that will reveal something new in every sip.

North Coast Le Merle, Fort Bragg, California, 355ml, 7.9% A rustic ale, pale in color, inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas af tropical fruit.

Hitachino espresso stout, Ibaraki, Japan, 310ml, 7.5% 15 Caramel, roasted, black and chocolate malts provide an explosion of coffee like flavors. The strong espresso character comes from the addition of espresso beans to the boil. Notes of vanilla, dark fruit, cocao and chocolate.

Off-white head quickly fades. Great aroma: lots of fresh ginger with dandelion and wildflower, citrus zest, caramel in the malt. Medium to full, slick body with light bubbles on the tongue. Lots more ginger with grass and wildflowers in the flavor; great malt balance in behind with citrus zest. Dark fruit in the finish.

A perfumed nose of stone fruit, dominated by apricot. Palate of Apricots is upfront then a lashing wheat tang and almost acidic goats curd presence.

A perfumed orchard aroma and a fleshy palate that has a bittersweet apple character with some spicy bite and a bit of tannic grip. Very fruity and quite pure, with a nice savoury twist.

A fresh aroma, well integrated acidity; a lively palate with subtle sweetness preceding complex acidity on the middle palate, finishing with a gentle (almost nutty) tannic finish. You will become a better person if you drink this.

Gin, mint, and lime, come together in this light, refreshing drink, served straight up in a coupé. We’ve never met someone who doesn’t fall in love with this cocktail

A cracking classic named after a gun, one of our favorite champagne cocktails, strengthened with gin, and lemon juice.

An amazing drink, which ticks all the boxes, not too sweet, not too sour, plenty of character. Gin, green chartreuse, maraschino liquor, and lime juice. Delicious.

Sloe gin, apricot brandy, jamaican rum, lime juice, and a dash of grenadine. Rich in flavour. Drink enough of these cheeky tipples and you may feel like a millionaire.

1 part London dry gin, 1 part Cinzano Rosso, 1 part Campari, served on the rocks with a hefty orange wedge to garnish.

Campari, Averna amaro, soda, served with lots of ice and a lemon twist. A more enhanced version of the Americano with tones of bittersweet dark chocolate, orange peel, and honey.

Here’s a not so classic Negroni that we’ve had a bit of fun with using 666 Autumn Butter Vodka and their 666 Pure Vodka, Campari, dark chocolate, orange liqueur, and a mix of vermouths. A great entry level Negroni that’s not too serious.

The Old Pal is from the same era as the Boulevardier and also appears in the same book by Harry McElhone. Here we stir Rye whisky, Campari, and dry vermouth. A slightly drier, spicier version, but one most note worthy.
