Turkey panini, Mediterranean turkey (spicy), Mediterranean salad, and tuna salad are AMAZING.
The Middle Eastern Egg Sandwich (w cheese!) is the perfect wake-up call. And all the panini are great!
An impressive example of efficient use of space, Bite is the Flatiron Building of take-out places.
Best 1/2 sandwich & 1/2 soup in the SoHo/East Village area. Try the eggplant pesto panini with Lentil soup!

they just added oatmeal to the morning menu, for those freezing mornings when you want more than coffee.
Egg and cheese sandwiches always come with tomatoes and special sauce - just an FYI!

Will SchollAugust 17, 2015Some of the sandwiches pack some serious heat. The music on the speakers is fine for lunch but a bit obnoxious early in the morning.- Half sandwich with soup is the best deal. Want a great late night snack? Get the banana and nutella panini
Wait, what? This breakfast sando is for realsies. Eggs, tomato, and chipotle mayo on a brioche bun for 3.50. (Add ham and Swiss for $.50).

If you don't want a whole sandwich you can get half and a side salad or soup!

I'm convinced this impossibly small place has a full kitchen just beyond eyesight. Get the eggplant pesto, spicy, on whole wheat.

The nicer the weather, the longer the line. That said, it's worth the wait.- Note to self: the prosciutto and mozzarella panini isn't that great. Get something else or pay double the price at Bottega Falai for something much better.
Oh man that Nutella number in the morning when you're coming off a deep bender is just what you need.
Solid affordable lunch option in the hood. I get the eggplant pesto and eat on the Pinche bench on Mulberry.

Tasty, healthy, reasonably priced sandwiches and salads.- If you're here for lunch, get the Sabih. Eggplant never tasted so good.
These guys are offering great food at great prices. My tip is to tip generously. I hope they live long and prosper in this strange little place!
It's all about the tuna salad. The earlier you know this, the better. Srsly.
