Harlem AmbassadorMarch 26, 2013A French kitchen run by a Mexican family may be a hard sell, but it's the nature of El Barrio. A cozy setting makes for a relaxing vibe. The wine bar is small and so is the selection. Food is worthy
It's going to be hard for me NOT to pick the beef carpaccio and steak frites again on our next visit. Excellent service too!
