I don't know how people have issues. I've never had any. There is staff that has been here for years and very friendly
Donald Nelson IIIDecember 30, 2011The room was nice and clean, the shower had hot water and the bed was very soft. The Wifi was the only issue as was a bit flaky. I would stay here again.

Clean & easy to deal with. I had no issues, & question the people who did. I don't smoke, so I like the fact that my room didn't smell all nasty.- Beware: Front desk staff is less than accommodating and even when you are a 'Preferred Guest or Military/Government' and book the rate & show your ID or Card they don't give you the Lounge Access!

- CAUTION: Stay here as a last option as not too sure how it is a Best Western (named) Property as it is really bad as NONE of the staff from Housekeeping to front desk want to do their jobs!

- Out of the BW's in San Diego (Downtown & around the area) this is one I wanted to try as it is near my conference but I would suggest to look at other BW properties as this one is not the top choice!

Little HoovesDecember 23, 2010The management here are rude. They'll threaten to fine you $500 if you smoke in the rooms and will even fight with you when you didn't smoke in the rooms and threaten to call the police. SKIP IT!
